By accessing and using the services of Digital Nexus Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Digital Nexus Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of services, including but not limited to:

• IT Services: Web Development, Software Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing
• Printing Services: Apparel Printing, T-shirt Printing, Mug Printing, Bag Printing, Cap Printing, Souvenir Printing, DTF Printing, Embroidery
• Technology Services: Cloud Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Network Security, Automation, IoT Integration
• Marketing Services: Digital Marketing, SEO & SEM, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Content Creation, Email Campaigns

For T-shirt printing, the following terms apply in addition to the general terms:

• Custom T-shirt printing and embroidery
• Design consultation and artwork preparation
• Bulk order processing
• Delivery services
• Customer support and consultation

Order Process:

• All orders must be placed through our official channels (website, WhatsApp, or in-person)
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
• Minimum order quantities apply (10 pieces for most fabrics, 100 for Popcorn fabric)
• Production time is typically 7-14 days from order confirmation

Payment Terms:

• 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance before production begins
• Remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and other agreed payment methods
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality artwork in acceptable formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG)
• Ensure artwork meets minimum resolution requirements (300 DPI for printing)
• Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials
• Review and approve design proofs before production

Our Responsibilities:

• Provide design consultation and recommendations
• Prepare artwork for production when needed
• Create design proofs for customer approval
• Maintain design confidentiality

Production Timeline:

• Standard production time: 7-14 business days
• Rush orders may be available at additional cost
• Production time may vary based on order size and complexity
• We will communicate any delays promptly

Delivery:

• Delivery is not free - charges apply for all deliveries
• We deliver to any place in Sri Lanka within a maximum of 3 days through Prompt Express Courier Service
• For orders under 1kg, delivery cost is 500.00 LKR and can be arranged via bus
• For orders over 1kg, courier charges apply based on weight and destination
• Delivery time is separate from production time
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address

Quality Standards:

• We maintain high-quality standards for all products
• Quality checks are performed during production
• Final inspection is conducted before delivery

Returns and Refunds:

• Customized T-shirts are not refundable
• If there is a mistake or error on our part, we will refund the money or reprint the T-shirt after checking it
• Customer must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery
• No returns for design changes or customer preferences
• Quality issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

Customer Rights:

• Customers retain rights to their original artwork
• We do not claim ownership of customer designs
• Customer designs are kept confidential

Our Rights:

• We may use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes
• We retain rights to any designs we create for customers
• We may refuse to print content that violates laws or regulations

Colour Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays in production or delivery
• Design errors not caught during proof approval
• Damage during shipping or delivery
• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid for the order

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions or regulations
• Supply chain disruptions
• Equipment failures
• Labor disputes

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
